5 stitches at age 2

Ben is rambuncious. He was jumping off the upturned laundry basket and split his eyebrow on the edge of the bed frame. We rushed over to Sutter, because I thought urgent care might be open in the a.m. Well, I was wrong, but I happened to be in the elevator with a family care doctor. Lucky me! He ushered us into the waiting room, told the receptionist that he was fitting me in, and stitched up Ben with lots of loving care. He is definitely getting a thank you gift! Five stitches later and we were home by eight. He didn't want us to wait five hours in the e.r. when he could help us. I HIGHLY recommend Sutter! They are just the best.

How many times we've almost seen this happen I can't say... At least it won't leave a scar (or will be very mild) due to the location.
