The baby birthing season is upon us right now. Ivan, our outreach librarian's baby, was born in the pre-dawn hours of 1/20. Later the same day George Henry was born to the Crews collective down in Georgia. I was glad to hear he made it through okay. I wished Kimberly had an easier time, though. GH came in at 10 lbs. and 10 oz., almost matching his sister's birth weight.
These diapers were something I whipped up for the surprise baby shower for the librarians. It's nice that they are each having one of each. Ha! The little girl is expected in early March. Coincidentally, my college roommate is due that same week with her second baby. How I wish I was in that lot! Second baby, or even twins, would be a welcome addition to this house. I ain't gettin' any younger.
Now, if you read this, I hope you don't accidentally catch baby fever. It's hard not to these days...
