Really, I'm not that sick, I don't think. Yesterday my supervisor sent me home because of the coughing. I called the NP that assisted me Monday and she prescribed some steroids to take. I'm already on antibiotics and doubling up on the inhaler.
On the brighter side, I got some new bestsellers out on the shelf this week. MP3's, CD books, and a few print. The new Jodi Picoult, "House Rules," looks like a good read. It focuses on the topic of Asperger's syndrome. Of course I won't be able to really get into it unless I download the audio content, so I'll wait until I'm finished with my current downloads.
Downloads are so great to listen to while I'm working. I just finished the "Time Traveler's Wife," by Niffinegger. It was really good and not what I expected. It's about a librarian! Wo0t! I swear I ready some of her work in the short fiction magazines, but maybe not. It seemed kind of familiar.
Oops... gotta let the dog out... be back to post other things....
